Saturday’s block celebration and ribbon cutting will welcome Moon Magic Crystals & Oils to Elmhurst Professional Plaza.
The firm started in 2020 but moved into Suite E in the plaza in February. Angela Stickler managed Moon Magic Crystals & Oils from her home for three years. Stickler loves the benefits of her brick-and-mortar store, especially for her product line.
COVID-19 closed my workplace. At home, folks frequently asked me whether I created my bracelets. No, I manufacture them myself. “When I was bored at home, I started making them and selling them on Facebook, and it just grew from there,” Stickler said.
The proprietor wanted consumers to feel and measure crystals.
Stickler said she wanted visitors to see, feel, and touch the stones. Some are sensitive to stone energies.
Moon Magic Crystals & Oils gives more. Crystals, essential oils, graphic t-shirts, caps, and jewelry are sold. By appointment, the proprietor lets clients customize their jewelry at her bracelet bar.
Stickler has joined wellness enterprises since joining. Moon Magic Crystals & Oils, Just Breathe Salt Room & More, Dawning Reflexology, Ageless Reflexology, Melena’s Healing Hands, Purpose Spa LLC, Hometown Pilates, Safehouse Ink, and Mixed Beauty are located in Elmhurst Professional Plaza.
Stickler added, “It’s such a good energy out here that’s really calming and just all of us are friends. “It’s like a small family out here. We have a great feeling and look out for one other.”
Saturday’s block celebration will showcase the plaza’s family atmosphere. Moon Magic Crystals & Oils will cut the ribbon with the Angola Chamber of Commerce.
Special bargains, door prizes, a grand prize giveaway basket, and live music by Cameron Davies will fill the afternoon. The health and self-care enterprises will celebrate until 4 p.m. while the music and refreshments end at 2.
“They’ll set up outside and give free hand massages and pass out their cards. The Salt Room will be open. “People can go in there and check out what they have and their reflexologists,” Stickler added.
