CleverTap, a client retention platform based in the United States, has introduced a content creator assistant called ‘Scribe’ that is linked with OpenAI. The additional functionality will be made available to users sometime in April (the exact date has not yet been determined).
Jacob Joseph, Vice President of Data Science at CleverTap, said the following in an official statement: “Studies reveal that marketers only have two seconds to capture customers’ attention in the digital environment.
The AI content feature may create advertising creatives, assess emotions, and rework them to resonate with company users.
This provides marketers with a very short window of opportunity to engage their people by appealing to the appropriate emotions, and AI makes it possible for businesses to design these individualized campaigns. These developments in AI will open up a new frontier for marketers and put the ‘tech’ back into MarTech.
In addition, the business claims that Scribe is capable of analyzing the feelings conveyed in messages and making recommendations for the course of action that users are most likely to take advantage of this technology.
Companies are now able to automatically identify the sentiment of their communications.
According to the company, marketers may utilize Scribe to harness user interaction data based on emotion research in order to generate hyper-personalized content that is both in line with the brand and also resonates with the user. This ability is made possible by Scribe.
At this time, Scribe is only accessible to CleverTap Enterprise Customers if they have been invited to use it.
