Qatar Airways has improved its VR-focused QVerse digital experience. QVerse was the airline’s metaverse debut last April.
Users may tour the Premium check-in area at Hamad International Airport (HIA), Qsuite, and the Boeing 777-300 economy class cabin. The airline’s MetaHuman cabin staff “Sama” (Arabic for “sky”) helped them explore utilizing their own gadgets.
The airline now offers virtual QVerse surroundings. Users may now tour the Boeing 787-9’s new business class suite and economy class and the Airbus A350-1000’s Qsuite and economy class. They can also visit HIA’s Al Safwa First Class and Al Mourjan Business Class lounges.
Virtually explore business and economy class seat and food options.
Qatar Airways group CEO Akbar Al Baker stated, “Technological advances have opened up a new world of opportunities to enhance the digital offerings available to our customers.
We invested in QVerse because we aim for quality in every aspect, including online booking. Virtually experience our award-winning services at Hamad International airport and onboard our aircraft.”
QVerse members will also receive the airline’s best six-month prices to 160+ locations. While exploring new locations, QVerse customers may save up to 10% off Qatar Airways premium or economy class tickets.
QVerse is accessible in English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and Thai to enhance the experience.
