The Chocolate Crawl returns for its second year in Barren County with participation from three local companies. Fire Line Guns & Knives is thrilled to be a part of this event for the very first time, and they are giving their own unique spin on chocolate-covered popcorn.
“The small businesses here in Glasgow, they really work close together,” the owner Amy Gibson explains, “and I think the community sees that we’re not against each other, we’re all working together, and we all have something unique to offer.”
“The community sees that we’re not against each other, we’re all working together and we all have something unique to offer,” she adds.
There is a selection of items geared for adults available at Boutique Unique.
“We have chocolate mousse cups, strawberries topped with chocolate mousse,” said the waiter. After that, we have chocolate drizzled popcorn, and we offer both alcoholic and nonalcoholic chocolate margaritas,” explains co-owner Jessica Gilbert.
Moon Pies and RC Colas may be purchased together at Back Home General Store as part of a traditional package deal.
The Chocolate Crawl is an exciting event that gives participants the chance to taste some new and unusual selections while also supporting locally owned and operated companies.
“The Chocolate Crawl is a fantastic opportunity for the independent shops and boutiques that call Glasgow home to collaborate and network with one another.
Gilbert highlights the fact that “we get to know new business owners and new businesses and just be able to work together and be a part of something and part of our community together.”
