Bhupender Singh Joins Teleperformance as Deputy CEO
Bhupender earned degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi and the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. Prior to joining Teleperformance, he was the CEO of Intelenet, which Teleperformance acquired in 2018.
Earlier in his career, Bhupender worked for McKinsey & Company and Booz Allen Hamilton, two prominent global management consulting firms. After integrating the Intelenet business into the larger group, he has served as President of Teleperformance’s digital transformation for the past four years.
The shareholders of Teleperformance elected Bhupender as a Director at their meeting on April 13, 2023.
Daniel Julien, Chairman and CEO of Teleperformance Group, remarked, “Since Bhupender joined the Teleperformance group in 2018, he has been an exceptional driving force in our transformation from a customer experience management company to a more sophisticated digital integrated business service group.”
“I cordially congratulate Bhupender on his new expanded responsibility. This decision bolsters Teleperformance’s corporate leadership and enables our organization to sustain above-market revenue and profit growth.”
