Airport officials said on Tuesday that all passengers were removed from a plane after a man started yelling before takeoff that there was a bomb in the aircraft.
The incident occurred at the NSC Bose International Airport here in this city.
According to the reports, the Qatar Airways flight from here to London through Doha was getting ready to take off at 3.29 a.m. on Tuesday when one passenger started yelling that there was a bomb in the plane. There were 541 passengers on board.

The crew of the airplane promptly alerted the CISF of the situation. According to the sources, all of the passengers were brought down from the plane, and both the plane and the passengers were extensively checked by law enforcement using sniffer dogs, but nothing was found.
The CISF took the passenger into custody and questioned him after he yelled “bomb” while on board the flight.
During his interrogation, the individual stated that he was warned by another passenger on the plane that there was a bomb on board the aircraft.
The father of the man who was held received a call asking him to come to the police station at the airport. The man’s medical records revealed to the officers that his son was receiving treatment for a mental condition. The documents were presented to the officers by the man’s father.
